In 1999, Paragon Marketing Group created DiapersAmerica.com for the sole purpose of providing home delivery of adult diapers, incontinence care products and other home health related items via the Internet. In 2001 we changed our name to HomeHealthDelivery.com, in an effort to provide increased privacy and a more dignified approach to online healthcare.

Overall, our family owned and operated business can be characterized as a one stop shop for adult diapers, incontinence care products and other quality healthcare related items offering convenience, savings, dignity and reliable service to our customers.

For many years, people have been inconvenienced, embarrassed and frustrated with buying incontinent care products retail. Many individuals that live in rural areas have to travel 30 minutes or more to get to the local store only to find that the product and or size that they need is not available. Others have to face possible embarrassment and inconvenience associated with buying adult diapers and like products in grocery stores or other retail outlets.

The condition of the industry today is such that many people purchasing these products are incontinent themselves and have difficulty getting to the store, or are caring for a sick family member and are having a hard enough time trying to manage their own lives. Not to mention the added costs and inconveniences associated with buying retail.

It is for these reasons and others that we have created our business and for which we have based our mission on.

We will accomplish this through providing high quality products, reliable customer support and consistently looking to add new products designed to improve the quality of life while maintaining a strong work ethic.
